We are pleased to welcome Joan De Arcayne, who joins ZF as a Technical Program Manager.
Joan has spent the past several years working in crypto, launching products, running experiments, and working closely with engineering teams. Over that time, AI has become part of almost everything he does, from research and specs to prototyping, testing, and building things himself. Joan is driven by getting close to the engineering and keeping the distance between ideas and working code as short as possible.
In his new role, Joan will help coordinate engineering work across ZF’s projects, keeping priorities clear and work moving between our engineers, the wider Zcash community, and our partners. He is looking forward to learning the ecosystem and bringing his experience in product, open source, and AI-native ways of working to ZF’s engineering efforts.
Welcome, Joan!
